Rev. David Holdcraft, Founder and President of Reasons Ministries
Born in 1958 in Fort Myers, Florida.
Born again at age 8 and committed life to full time ministry at age 12.
B.A. in Missiology from Toccoa Falls College (Degree included 30 hours Bible,
   Theology and Apologetics Courses)

Masters of Professional Studies from Alliance Theological Seminary (Degree included courses in Bible and Theology)

27 additional graduate hours from Columbia International University
  (Courses included Theology,  Apologetics, and Marriage and Family Counseling)

 Ordained in the Christian and Missionary Alliance in 1987, 18 years of pastoral
 Served as an Assistant Pastor, Church Planter and Pastor of two existing churches. 
 Serve currently on the Ohio Valley District’s Licensing Ordination and Consecration Committee and serving currently as a District Presbyter.
 Started Reasons Ministries in the Fall of 2008.

 Affiliate Professor at Indiana Wesleyan University since 2001 teaching in the College of Adult and Professional Studies in Louisville.
Have taught 12 different courses (including Old & New Testament Survey, Themes in Biblical Literature, Defending the Christian Faith, Methods in Bible Study and Marriage and Family) over 70 individual classes and over 600 students. 

I love to communicate God’s word via preaching, teaching, small groups, etc.  I love to do research and I love to defend the Faith.  Because Christianity is reasonable, defendable and evidential, I believe we should vigorously defend it in the marketplace of ideas.
Married to Beth for 32 wonderful years.
Three adult children and two adorable grandchildren.
